Where Your Glory Dwells

“O Lord, I love the habitation of Your house and the place where Your glory dwells.” (Psalm 26:8)

“One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to meditate in His temple. For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; in the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock.” (Psalm 27:4-5)

“By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; and by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches.” (Proverbs 24:3-4)

I have been thinking a lot about the secret places of the Lord lately. Those beautiful inner chambers of the House of God, the Temple not made by human hands; but, fashioned by Holy Spirit.

The prophet, Ezekiel, was shone a powerful vision of the Temple. He was taken to the east gate (gate of worship) and saw the Glory of the Lord approaching. He fell face down as the Lord entered through the gate and His Presence filled the Temple. He heard the Lord speak saying, “Son of man, this is the place of My throne and the place of the soles of My feet where I will dwell among the sons of Israel forever…” (Ezekiel 43:7)

Those words are a prophetic declaration of God’s habitation within us, His Living Temple, through the outpouring and infilling of Holy Spirit. It is the  Eternal Word, Himself, speaking to us now, right now, of His indwelling Presence.

There is nothing more wondrous than exploring the deep, inner chambers of His House, and to discover the rich treasures of His Presence. This is truly the pursuit of God which is fueling the flames of the greatest awakening in the history of mankind.

The coming of Holy Spirit with divine fire on Pentecost birthed the Church of the Living God, giving tangible proof of Ezekiel’s vision fulfilled. Now, nurtured and loved, refined and purified in the secret, intimate place of Presence, filled with the fiery manifestations of the Holy God is the coming of the Spirit and Bride, together, giving tangible proof that the Kingdom of God is here, now, and the Glory of the Lord is filling the whole earth.

“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.” (Revelation 22:17)

The passages of Scripture above speak to this passionate longing, and it is out of them that I hear the Lord speaking to all of us who are stirring and awakening to the Flame of Yah, the Holy God who dwells in His fullness within us in inexpressible Majesty and Beauty.

I hear the Lord say, “You have set Me before you as your First Love. You are seeking Me and My Kingdom before all other things in life. Therefore, I AM revealing Myself to you in ways you never dreamed could happen. I AM pouring forth into your life precious and pleasant riches. They are pouring forth from My storehouses, an abundance beyond your hopes and dreams.”

“O, how I delight in giving you sweet treasures, for you are My Delightful Habitation and I AM overwhelmed with love for you, My Beloved! Even now I AM filling you, filling you, pouring forth good things beyond all measure that you may taste and see My goodness in the land of the living.” says the Lord.

“In the days ahead, you will experience greater glory filling your house, saturating the atmosphere of My Temple like sweet incense. As you set your affections on Me alone, offering yourselves to Me that I may freely move within you and through you, I, your Lord, will make your house a place of peace. No violence will be found within your borders, no voices of fear, doubt, despair shall be heard within your walls. For, My very Breath will be the air of your house, and My Voice will be the very music, My Glory the light, My Love and Laughter the very decorations.”

I hear the Lord say, “In these days of great shaking and great awakening I AM releasing within you fresh visions and voice of the prophet and apostle. I AM opening the eyes of your heart, My Beloved, and you will see as you’ve never seen before, things long hidden from sight but now made clear. And I will open your mouth to speak of those things you have seen in a wisdom far beyond that of the wise men of this, or any age. Your words will carry authority, My authority, far beyond all boundaries; therefore, PROPHECY! PROPHECY of what you have seen and heard in the secret chambers of My Presence! Do not hold back for I AM the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, and I AM the Voice over the waters.”

I also hear the Lord say, “I AM stirring and igniting within My House true worship of Spirit and truth, and as this worship pours forth from within you, it will shatter the platforms of performance of man and cause great Joy of the Lord to spring up in the land. You, My Beloved, are My Worship. You are My Levite, for you have hidden yourself in Me and have learned in the hiding place the power of alignment with the frequencies of My heart. In this alignment, you now resonate with Me releasing the Sound of Heaven in purity and holiness. I say to you, Beloved, I AM releasing a new sound in this hour. It is not a ‘new style’ but a new ‘substance’, and carries the power not to entertain, but to heal, deliver, and transform.”

“Do not neglect the intimate, hidden time with Me,” says the Lord. “But, draw near all the more in these days. Continue to build this house. Build it with songs of praise. Build it with words of grace. Build it with laughter and love. Build it by FAITH. Never allow even a hint of darkness, or influences of the profane to cross your borders. But, set this house firmly as MY HOUSE, MY HABITATION where I place the soles of My Feet…and you will see Glory as never before.” “For, I say to you…truly the glory of THIS LATTER HOUSE is greater than all others that have gone before.”
