More than a Double Portion

A “Mantle” is defined as “a loose, sleeveless cloak or cape. Something that covers, envelops, or conceals.” In the Spirit, mantles speak of authority and power of God that cover, envelope or conceal those to whom they are given by God.

The Lord spoke to me about “mantles” during worship at the opening of a prophetic healing conference on Friday, March 2. Interestingly, it coincided with the funeral of Billy Graham. The passing of Dr. Graham into Glory signaled the beginning of a new season and time in which we will see the demonstration of the Spirit and power of God manifested in increasing measure, not just here in America, but around the world.                                      Here’s what the Lord says:

“Mantles are falling! More than Double Portion is at hand! A Manifold Portion is at hand! For you have crossed over, the old is gone, behold the new has come. Just as My servant Moses was taken up and the mantle he wore fell upon Joshua in greater measure, so it is in this hour. Just as My servant Elijah was taken up and the mantle he wore fell in greater measure upon Elisha, so it is in this hour.”
“Yet, it is more”, says the Lord. “It is more than Double Portion. It is a Manifold Portion for Global Awakening.”

“Mantles are falling! Multiplied and scattered upon the Winds of the Spirit, falling, falling upon My sons and daughters of Burning Flame.”

“The earth has not witnessed this. For as this is happening, My Glory—My Glory is sweeping through the earth like a Flood, a mighty Flood of Glory.”

“And as My sons and daughters of Burning Flame arise with these fresh, new mantles there will be a Great Outpouring of signs and wonders and miracles unlike any that has been before. Yes, far greater than Elisha, far greater than the double portion he carried is this that My Burning Ones carry in this hour.”

“Moses died and was taken up, and Joshua arose a mighty warrior to shake the land in My power. And, Elijah was taken up, and Elisha arose a mighty man of miracles to shake the land in My Power.”

“Behold, a new season and a new time has come. For Billy Graham has been taken up, and a new Joshua AND a new Elisha are being called forth together. A new combining of warrior and prophet called forth in Glory Worship that shakes the earth. This will be Warfare Worship carrying the substance of My Glory to shake the nations.”

“For My Burning Ones shall move with the demonstration of the Spirit and power, releasing the Sound of Glory Worship that tears down every stronghold that stands in opposition to My Glory, that demolishes every work of wickedness in high places that saturates the land with disease, sickness and death by the spirit of infirmity. And great shall be the outpouring of healing and deliverance and salvation.”

“As for you also, Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the water-less pit. Return to the stronghold, You prisoners of hope. Even today I declare That I will restore double to you.” (Zechariah 9:11-12 NKJV)
