The Lord Has Renewed Your Strength
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)
I was sitting with the Lord early this past Sunday morning (October 1) and thinking about the new year we’ve moved into according to the Hebrew calendar-the year 5778. God led me to Isaiah 40:31, and I heard Him say, “Renewal”. The word means: “An instance of resuming an activity or state after an interruption, the replacing or repair of something that is worn out, run-down, or broken.” God has ‘interrupted’ the old patterns which were dominating our lives, and is replacing that which is worn out, run-down, or broken with a fresh outpouring of anointing to take us to new levels of Kingdom Advancement.
Many in the Church have become worn out and run-down following the same patterns over and over without seeing real, tangible fruit. “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Writes Paul in Galatians 6:9, and we believe it with all our hearts; yet, weariness has settled in. The old patterns are ‘broken’ and deep inside there’s a longing for a something new.
This is exactly what God is doing. We have been brought through the wilderness and now stand at the place where God is about to move us rapidly into the most dynamic and prosperous time of our lives. The Lord is bringing us into His “House of Wine” (see Song of Songs 2:4) where He is giving us new wine skins to replace the old, worn out ones. These new wine skins are filled with the “Wine of Renewal”, fresh, new anointing and strength of the Spirit.
What the Spirit Saying
“Sing and rejoice, O Daughter of Zion! For you are being renewed in strength of spirit, soul and body by My power and in My love.”
“Renewed strength of creativity, the opening of doors into new realms of Glory that will bring a spark of creative energy igniting a Fire of Holy Imagination.”
“Renewed strength of faith that operates in the demonstration of the Spirit and power.
“Renewed strength of hope that sees beyond the surface, taking hold of that which is unseen and in the power of Hope-Filled Joy pulls what is unseen into what is seen.
“Renewed strength of body as I rejuvenate every cell bringing your body into alignment with Me for the sake of your purpose and destiny-You have much to experience, much to release, much to accomplish!”
“I am renewing your mind and you will think My thoughts and know My ways, for you have the mind of Christ now activated in increasing power of revelation and wisdom.”
“Renewed strength of Joy! For I am catching you up on the wings of eagles to soar upon the Winds of the Spirit, high above the earth, high above the heavens even to the highest heavens. And this will cause you run and walk and you will not become weary or faint, for I am energizing you at the core of your being, and pouring out every provision in abundance for the fulfillment of your purpose.”
“You lack nothing in this hour, nothing lacking in these days of activation, acceleration and elevation.”
“This is a new day of a new month of a new year—a day of New Beginnings as I release into you New Strength for New Levels of Kingdom Advancement. For I have renewed your strength.”
