Living from within God’s Heart
“For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” (Colossians 1:16-17)
“Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name!

We are, in many ways, a very agitated generation of people on earth. Psalm 2:1 in Young’s Literal Translation of the Bible says, “Why have nations tumultuously assembled? And do peoples meditate vanity?” A hint as to why can be found in the words, ‘meditate vanity‘. They speak to an obsession with our outward appearance, achievements, abilities; or, living from the outside in. The New Testament often refers to this as living according to the ‘flesh’ which is in constant conflict with the Spirit. Man was created to live from the inside out, from the place of Spirit, and we will always experience an agitated, restless, tumultuous life when we focus on the outward aspects of life to the neglect of the Spirit. It is contrary to how we are made. Let’s think about this for a few moments.
Prime Reality
The prime reality for all existence is the Eternal Kingdom of God, not the physical world and universe. Everything is made up of energy, everything. What we perceive as solid matter, including ourselves is energy moving according to the vibration of infinite frequencies which emanate from the Person of God. We often speak of this using words like, the Breath of God, the Voice of the Lord, the Word of God, the Light and Sound of Heaven, and more. It’s our attempt to describe the indescribable, God. He is the self-existent Creator of all that exists, and by His eternal power holds it all together. God is the Light of Eternal Life, and His Kingdom is the spiritual reality of that Life manifested in all Creation. Everything is spiritual by nature.
We are not simply human beings having a spiritual experience, but are spirit beings having a human experience. Our existence emanates from the heart of Father, God. For “in Him we live and move and have our being.” (Acts 17:28) This is vital to our understanding of not only why we are so agitated, but how we can return to a very real, tangible place of peace.
Sea of Frequencies
We exist in an infinite sea of frequencies. Each and every one is pure for they are created by Eternal Word Himself. There is no place in the universe where divine purpose is not at work in and through them. The glorious creative order of all Creation would not exist if that were not so.
Now, man is created in this infinite sea to live within a spectrum, or bandwidth of frequencies which align us with God’s heart. These frequencies are unique to us so that we will experience the Presence of the Lord in a personal, intimate way, and from that place reveal, manifest, or personify His Presence to the world around us.
Mystics, Prophets, Saints, and Sages throughout church history have always known the miraculous power of this divine alignment. Driven by passion for the tangible Presence of the Lord, these men and women of faith wholeheartedly embraced the directives of the Word of God for prayer, meditation, and worship, but did so while rejecting religious mindsets and ritualistic forms so prominent in the church which follow not the clarion call of the Spirit but the patterns of this world. Choosing instead to follow their thirsty hearts, they went deep into the eternal, spiritual realm where ritual and formula do not exist. A realm of unfolding creative mystery where prayer is conversation, meditation is gazing into the Face of God, and worship is the movement of love between Lover and Beloved in an endless play of Eternal Light and Sound. They aligned their hearts with the frequencies of Heaven, ascending higher and higher expanding the bandwidth of the Sound of Heaven, becoming more and more enveloped in LIGHT! And their lives became a manifestation of God’s Presence.
What you don’t know can hurt you
I say all that as I think of the word ‘tumultuous‘ used in Psalm 2:1. It means: “loud, deafening, thunderous, vehement, noisy, clamorous, intense, explosive, violent, riotous.” If we connect it with the frequency reality I spoke of above, I think we can begin to see the answer to the question of our restlessness, and also the antidote. Let me explain.
There are very few places where we are able to literally get away from outside ‘noise’, the audible frequencies of sound. My wife Donna and I lived in Florida for a time, and we went for an early Saturday morning walk at a small state park near where we lived. It has some beautiful nature paths, and I was struck by the fact that even off the beaten path there was, mixed with the beautiful sound of birds and flowing river water, a constant drone of traffic noise. Noise we’re aware of is one thing. It can be good or bad; but, at least we are conscious of it and can, in many ways, do something about it. But, what about the ‘noise’ we’re not aware of?
We live in a globally connected world, and it is incomprehensible the amount of ‘data’, unseen energy, frequencies of light and sound that literally saturate every aspect of the atmosphere we live in. Think of mobile communication, internet, satellite, and much more. Technology has brought many blessings to mankind, but also has released within us a steady stream of frequencies which are beyond our conscious awareness. Again, none of these are ‘evil’ in themselves, and do have divine purpose; but, they are not all designed to be ‘amplified’ within us as human beings.
This is at the heart of matter. We are allowing the energy in the unseen, spiritual realm that is unhealthy for our creative design and purpose to be amplified, while at the same time not counteracting those frequencies by nurturing and strengthening the ones designed by God for our good by deepening our intimate relationship with Him. The result is a rapid breakdown of society on every level.
Focus People!
By now it should be evident that more laws, rules, regulations, programs, policies of government and religion will never bring peace to our lives. The antidote lies in our re-tuning, re-aligning with the frequencies of God’s heart. Yes, I’m talking about frequencies. It’s a fact that frequencies matter. Science is continuously affirming what the Mystics and Saints before us knew in the Spirit. They understood that as they aligned with the heart of God all of life changed from the inside out. And, the result was a life that was not only filled with the joy, peace, love, and healing virtue of God; but, also had the power to release a miracle, God-filled life upon all the earth around them.
We cannot separate ourselves from our entanglement in the infinite sea of frequencies being amplified in our day which have such a negative, agitating influence; but, we can re-focus in the bandwidth/frequency spectrum of God’s heart. We are uniquely designed for this, and as we do we build up our immunity to the harmful effects around us. But, not only that. The stronger we become in resonating with the heart of God, the more we will release His Presence in ever increasing waves to the world.
“On the very account that what is written in prophetic scripture, (and echoed in your DNA code), already mirrors the life of your design, you are free to be who you are. As it is written, “I am, therefore you are! I am wholly separated unto you, and invite you to explore the same completeness of your being in me!”

A new generation is awakening to the Presence of God. This Awakening is to our true identity IN Christ, a whole New Creation carrying the DNA of I AM! Men and women of all ages, races, creeds, cultures, who are thirsty for God and desire only to live from within His heart. Hungry and thirsty for a life that is beyond every limitation of the flesh. These are the Burning Ones, whose single desire is to explore the same completeness of our being IN YHVH! If you’ve read this far, I suspect you are one of this growing Remnant. And, it is to you that I speak and share my heart.
This ‘Awakening’ is all about worship, prayer, and meditation with worship being the one that opens the reality of the other two. Keep this in mind: Worship is NOT simply something we do. Worship is who we are!
That said, let me make a couple suggestions here. First, set the atmosphere in instrumental worship music. While it’s true that times of silence take us deep into God’s Presence, it is also very true that music is the vibration of Eternal Life, the Song of Heaven. It expands our frequencies and opens us to visions and revelations in very powerful ways. I say, instrumental so that prayer and meditation will rise in us without the influence of lyrics. I am looking for the experience of Song of Songs: “Show me your face, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.”
I also suggest that this music be in a tuning frequency that aligns with the frequencies of God’s heart. 432Hz tuning is one such frequency known to have a powerful effect on us at a cellular level releasing a tangible sense of wholeness and health (you can check out music and worship in 432Hz here at Taste of Manna on our ‘Store‘ and ‘Worship‘ pages). My point is the building of our immune system in the frequency range designed for our prosperity in the Lord (Jeremiah 29:11-13).
I do believe that as worship is set into our hearts there will be a tangible deepening of intimacy with the Lord. And, in that place we will find our meditation a gazing into His face and our prayers conversations with our Lover. This, my friends, is what brings true transformation. This is what all Creation is longing to see in us and experience through us.
