I Will Utter Hidden Things for the Sake of the Children

“I will utter hidden things, things from of old-what we have heard and known, what our fathers have told us…so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born…” (Psalm 78:2-3, 6)

I am looking at these words above and the reality of the Kingdom within, the pattern of Heaven God created and called His children to flow with.

We are made to live, move, and have our being immersed in the Sound of Heaven, The Voice of Lord. In doing so, we have access to, what the psalmist describes as, ‘hidden things.’ These are the mysteries of the Heavenly Realm, the Kingdom of God. These are what the Lord spoke of to Isaiah: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9)

The hidden things, eternal things, the thoughts and ways of God,  are experienced in the Secret Place of intimacy.

In the ever deepening fusion of our hearts with God’s heart. In the deep, consuming Fire of Love is found the Mysteries of His ways. These are not the ways of the world laboring under the burden of religious doing; but, the ways of creative flow of eternal life releasing healing, joy, hope and abundant life to all creation.

The ways of God are ever moving, flowing freely as Living Water. They are never stagnant or rigid and frozen; but, bearing fruit continually. They are beyond words to fully explain. They’re proven by the lives of the Children of Light who are not speaking about what they’ve heard; but, what they’ve tasted and seen.

The psalmist put it this way:  “what we have HEARD”-the Voice of God, “what we’ve KNOWN”-our personal experience, and “what our fathers have told us”-the testimony of our spiritual fathers and mothers who have walked with God as Enoch walked.

All this is our purpose, our destiny. It is not just for our own personal experience; but, for the sake of those who follow after us.

There is a flow in the Pattern of Heaven that is unbroken, a flow of activated eternal life resonating in every Blood-redeemed believer regardless of generation. It is an Eternal Song that is an Eternal Now permeating the fabric of our being.

Here’s what I’m seeing. We stand beside a flowing river. We look upstream, or back toward the past, and see the continual flow; then, look downstream, or toward the future, and see the same flow. Stepping into the river at our ‘now’, we enter into the flow of what was and what will be. The past, present, and future are all one in a continuous movement.

As we step into the Kingdom of God and become immersed the the Pattern of Heaven, we begin to resonate with what was, is and will be according to the heart of God. We become co-creators with Holy Spirit in the flow of Living Water; so that, His thoughts become our thoughts, His ways our ways.

Psalm 78 is a call to the Redeemed in this time of Great Awakening. It is time to enter deeply into the flow of the Pattern of Heaven, to embrace the Song of the Lord that resonates deep within. It is time to awaken to the ways and thoughts of our God. They are, after all, why we are created. And, it will impact generations to come.
