I Thirst

In Psalm 42, we read: “As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God…” (verses 1-2a).

There is a thirst deep within me. A powerful longing for a deeper experience with my God. It is a thirst so strong that only the Presence of God will quench it. And, once I’ve tasted the sweet, pure waters of His Loving Presence, I will never be satisfied with any other pleasure.

This track seeks to release such a desire. It is my hope that, as you listen, you will let the voices of hunger and thirst for more rise within. And, that in such a place, you will feel deeply God’s Presence in ways you have never felt before.
