Do You Feel the Mountains Tremble?
A favorite passage for me is Mark 11:23-24– ” Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
In this time of adjustment, of shaking and shifting, as we move through all the different details and practical issues daily life, it is so very important to keep before us the Law of the Spirit-
‘what you hold in your heart, you will hold in your hand’
This is an unalterable, unshakable, eternal Law of the Spirit. It is the heart of God for us; for it speaks of ‘desires of the heart’, and the fullness of our Inheritance in Christ Jesus.
I had received understanding of this back in 2007. It has resonated within consistently, and I’ve experienced the reality of it over and over sense then.
And, I believe it is vitally important, as we approach 2010, to grab hold of it more tightly. God has not changed His mind about us.
Again, the passage out of Mark 11 resonates..and I hear the Lord say:
“You are seeing the mountains before you. Yes, they are large and in many ways intimidating. But, remember as you look at them, how I see them. They are not there simply as obstacles in your way; but, opportunities for My GLORY.”
“When I spoke of the mountains being removed and cast into the sea, I was speaking of DOMINION. Of the authority and power that flows from My PRESENCE which gives you the right to TAKE THE MOUNTAINS. Yes, my children, I have called you to be those to take the mountains. It is not only mountains of adversity which you have authority over to cast down; but, mountains of influence you have authority over to CLAIM FOR ME.”
“These are the days of My Sudden Appearing-signs,wonders, miracles,” says the Lord. “I have already told you this; but, remind you of it now. For you ARE making great strides in your faith. You ARE seeking Me as never before. You ARE taking the Kingdom by force, arising in PASSIONATE PURSUIT OF ME. And in this pursuit is reward. My reward. Your inheritance poured out.”
“It is not only a time to STAND; but also in the standing to MOVE FORWARD. Move forward, therefore, as ONE.”
“So, continue to ‘ask in prayer’–but, know that your asking must not be as a beggar asks, or as an orphan. No, my children–ask as a child of the King asks–from the place of confident trust that whatever is on the heart of the child is understood and met with agreement by the King.”
“I am NOT a miserly King; but, and EXTRAVAGANT KING. Just look at Creation itself-a virtual explosion of My extravagance!! Look deeply into My Word-at every turn is extravagant Love poured out–trust that, My children, for I will not fail you in anyway.”
I hear Papa saying, “Hold fast, therefore, to the revelation already given–what you hold in your heart is being made manifest in the flesh. I have not changed My mind in that. It is the PLACE OF INHERITANCE, guaranteed by the presence of My Spirit. I have already told you that this is the time, the season, the year of Sudden Appearing. I have not changed My mind at all in this. But, also remember that My time is often different than yours. That is what makes a ‘Sudden Appearing’ what it is-it surprises you, comes when you do not expect. It startles, amazes, delights. Do you understand this?”
“Then, understand this also: your confident trust, your increasing faith, is speeding up time. And, My Sudden Appearing, My Outpouring of your desires, your hopes and dreams is coming faster and faster.”
“The time is swiftly coming,” says the Lord, “when the delay between what you hold in your heart, and what you see in your hand will be reduced, compressed, shortened. Then, you will speak the word and it will be immediately acted upon. This is not yet that time; for, you are still learning to discern My heart in the matter at hand. You ARE LEARNING WELL..take heart. Your passionate pursuit of Me, of ME ALONE, is bringing forth the harvest.”
“All is swiftly coming to you. The mountains ARE BEING SHAKEN. Therefore, take heart…I love you.”
I am experiencing an increase of expectancy for the coming year. Much is now coming swiftly into alignment with Papa’s heart. And, in this alignment will be a great REVEALING-the revealing of the Church as a Holy, Glorious Bride, who will walk in great authority and power bringing true LIFE to this world.
She will not walk according to the spirit of religion; but, carrying the PRESENCE OF THE LORD. And, she will–we will–truly experience a greater, richer, fuller manifestation of our inheritance.
What we hold in our hearts, we will hold in our hands…it is happening.
