Be Still and Know

My heart is stirring this morning with a call for deeper intimacy with the Lord. It is a very busy time, and shaking and shifting time. And, it’s easy to get caught up in the distractions and lose focus.

So, it’s time to ‘be still’. This isn’t new to us, right? But, I believe it’s vital for what we are being called to in these very tumultuous times.

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.” (Psalm 46:10-11)

“Quiet, be still, shh, let your heart come into the Quiet Place. For, I have much to tell you. Secrets from the Intimate Place; Words of wisdom and revelation,” says the Lord.

“You are too distracted with the cares of the world to hear clearly. Come, draw closer into Me. Come away with Me, little Dove, into the Quiet Place, and I will tell you mysteries that will cause your spirit to soar. I will speak My Heart to you, and you will find your heart burning.”

“Revelation is coming to you, for My Spirit is the Spirit of Revelation. It is the understanding of the Secrets of the Intimate Place. Your heart is burning within; and, you will speak what I AM giving you out from your burning heart. You will not give out ‘information’; but, IMPARTATION. For, My Revelation is POWER-Spirit Power.”

“Wisdom is coming to you, My Beloved. For My Spirit is the Spirit of Wisdom. And, you will confound the wisdom of the wise in the land; you will refute every wicked word formed against you; you will speak by the Spirit of Wisdom and demolish strongholds, arguments, and every pretension that sets itself up against Me. For, My Wisdom is LIBERTY.”

“For these are days of Revelation and Wisdom. I have given you My Spirit. Wisdom and Revelation flow from Me like a river of living water. And, it is My desire that this river flow freely through you into the desert places; that it turn the wastelands into pools, the burning sand into bubbling springs of life.”

“But, you are bombarded by so many voices, and are distracted, and are weary.” says the Lord, “Therefore, I call you home. I call you once again into the Secret Chamber that we will unite in the Dialog of Lovers.”

“I have much to tell you,”says the Lord. “And, the words I speak to you, you will then speak to the nations. I AM calling you to declare My Heart. You will exalt Me by delivering the Word of Life to the wastelands of death. You will exalt Me by speaking My Word of Healing to the land filled with disease. You will exalt Me by proclaiming My Word to you, the word of FREEDOM to the prisoners bound in the land of the shadow of death.”

“You will be My Voice rising above all other voices. For, I AM with you. I AM your Fortress. I AM the Eternal Word living in you, and you will not fail.”

“Therefore, Beloved, come into the Quiet Place. Be still, and know Me. Find you food in Me and be satisfied. Find your drink in Me and be filled. For I AM the Bread and the Wine. Know Me in the Secret Chamber, the Quiet Place, the Intimate Place; and, you will truly know My Heart. You will walk in My Glory and you will not fail.”
