A Matter of Being-Joseph, part 4

Today, we look briefly at the protocol set in place by God. Simply, that we are to embrace who we are in God and then from that place live out our lives.

Put it another way, we are called to first BE and then DO. The serpent turned that around and set within the heart of man the fallacy of belief that we must DO, and if we DO correctly it will change our hearts and we will the BE.

When it comes to living by faith we cannot “fake it till you make it”. We will always find ourselves striving–doing, doing, doing–but, never achieving our goal.
